I got the xlarge, and these fit round my 20inch thighs firmly but not tightly. I would even question if I really need a suspender belt, considering how well they stay up. They are comfortable to wear, and the reinforced toes and bottom of foot makes me confident they will not ladder as easily. Still, only time will tell.
